Instructions for electronic submission

Papers should be submitted electronically through EasyChair at  http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=focs2009.

EasyChair allows you to submit two documents.  Your extended abstract should be uploaded with the link named "File (*)".  The brief description should be uploaded as the "Attachment".  You are able to revise either one without changing the other.  If you wish to revise just one, then just upload the appropriate file.  The other file will remain as previously submitted.

Up until April 2, 2009 (18:59 EDT), you will be able to revise both the extended abstract and the brief description.  The submission server will be closed from 19:00 EDT on April 2nd, until some time on April 3rd.  After this time, and until April 9, 2009 (18:59 EDT), you will be able to revise the brief description (as the "Attachment").  Do not attempt to revise your extended abstract, or click on the "File (*)" link, after April 2nd!  If you accidentally revise your extended abstract, please contact the Program Chair at focs2009@easychair.org.

You must create an EasyChair account to use this system.  Please do so well before April 2nd.  It is also a good idea to submit your extended abstract before April 2nd, as you will be able to revise your submission up until the deadline of 18:59 EDT on April 2nd.
