security-research agenda item that he or she thinks is particularly
important and has not been adequately addressed.

12:30 -  1:30: lunch

1:30 - 2:15: Rest of 5-minute statements

2:15 - 2:30: Division into four break-out groups and choice of 
topics for groups.  

2:30 - 2:45: Break

2:45 - 4:45: Meeting of Break-out groups

4:45 - 5:00: Wrap-up of first day (plenary).  

March 14, 2003 (Friday)

8:30 a.m.: Continental Breakfast

9 - 10:45: Plenary presentations by four leaders of break-out groups
on results of Thursday's meetings.  Plenary discussion.  Regrouping if 
necessary.

10:45 - 11:00: break

11:00 - 12:30: Meetings of (possibly revised) break-out groups.  
Groups draft outlines for workshop report.

12:30 -  1:30: lunch

1:30 - 2:30: Groups meet to continue report planning.

2:30 - 4:00: Plenary session to review findings and form a plan to finish 
the final report.  

4:00: Adjourn
