A Tribute to Jin Yong's Condor Heroes

This site is dedicated solely to the masterpiece The Condor Heroes by the one and only Jin Yong — the anchor writer of the Chinese contemporary literature.

Jin Yong's novels take forms in Chinese Kongfu, and so they are set in the greatest riches of Chinese history. The characters in his novels span from Chinese emperors to the street beggars, and from the cute girls with unbelievable Kongfu skills, to the evil guys who proved to be only loyal to their master. All of them are vivid and catch your mind like nothing else.

Condor Heroes '81My favorite among all his novels is The Condor Heroes. It talks about how a most ordinary guy learns to become the master of extreme Kongfu. Many interesting stories happen as he grows up to his success.

There are a huge range of sites talking about this so I will not duplicate the efforts here. But I highly recommend you visit the following sites.

Also I would like to dedicate site to the best resource on the web about Jin Yong and so please tell me good links.

And this novel was also put on show repeatedly and one of the most famous endeavors was one made by a local Hong Kong TV station, or TBI. They hired all biggest actors and actresses and the title songs remain great hits even till today in vast areas of East Asia and the rest of the world. The main actress shown above deserves a say. She delivered a truly amazing performance in the show but unfortunately she took her life in her early 20's (shown above is her picture).
