Hello my name is Yinghua Wu and I am from Zhanjiang, a beautiful seaside city in southern China. There I spent my happy girlhood full of my parents' affection. After that, I left my hometown to distant school and seldom returned. As if in a vagrant life, I went from one city to another and never turned back......

In 1996, I entered Department of Computer Science in Tsinghua University, where I got my B.E. and M.S. degree. These seven years in Tsinghua are very important to me, not for the knowledge from courses, but the belief that someone could attain the impossible if only he has correct methods and makes persevere efforts. Of course, maybe the most important is that I met someone who had affected my whole life. :)

Now I am studying Ph.D program in the Department of Computer Science at Yale University. I quite enjoy my life and research here. Hope I could also have a nice memory when I look back at the time at Yale.
