Vladimir Rokhlin's research interests include numerical scattering
theory, elliptic partial differential equations, numerical solution of
integral equations, quadrature formulae for singular functions,
numerical linear algebra, and large-scale particle simulations.
Rokhlin is a member of the Society for Industrial and Applied
Mathematics, and of the Society of Exploration Geophysicists.
